Purpose of the crusher:

The crushing set is designed for crushing, for example, rocks, minerals, field stones or construction debris or slag. The crushing set is mounted on a three-axle chassis adapted to be towed behind all motor vehicles adapted for this on non-public roads (e.g. mine site). The main device of the set, i.e. the jaw crusher, is driven directly by an internal combustion engine. 

The remaining machines are powered by a hydraulic system, which makes the entire set independent of the local power supply. The material to be crushed is fed to the hopper above the vibrating feeder. The feeder will be delivered as an option with a grate with a gap of ~ 50 mm, screening out small and clay elements. The screened material is transported outside the set by a collecting conveyor with the following parameters: B = 500 mm, L = 2000 mm. 

Further, from the feeder, the debris is fed to a jaw crusher for crushing. It is selected from under the crusher with a belt conveyor. The lateral location of the conveyor under the crusher protects it from damage by concrete reinforcement elements. During transport, the sides of the charging hopper and the receiving belt conveyor can be folded to reduce the overall dimensions of the set.
