Screening machines
Sand is used in various types of construction work. However, it cannot be brought straight from the gravel pit as it contains a lot of stones. In order to get rid of large stones, screening machines are used to sift the sand from the stones. This is an extremely important issue, because the use of too large stones in mortars may adversely affect their strength. In addition to the wide range of crushers, MAKRUSZ S.A. is also a producer of various types of screens (multi-deck, vibrating).

Double-deck screening machine:
The screening machine belongs to the group of vibrating and circular construction sorting machines. Its main purpose is the mechanical classification of the raw material called feed into groups of grains of the same size, defined by the mesh size of the sieves and the granulation composition of the feed.

Five-deck screening machine:
The vibrating screening machine is used for the mechanical classification of the raw material into grain classes determined by the mesh size of the sieves and the grain size composition of the feed. The main part of the separator is a body with a welded structure. To the side walls of the body, angles with tightening bolts are welded. There are inspection covers in the body. The cover with outlets has a chute and a pipe outlet for each fraction.
