The PS 1.9 type abrade machine feeder is used to prepare the mass from pre-ground raw materials, free from stones, roots and mechanical impurities. The effect of the abrade machine is a mixed and largely fluffed mass, therefore the machine is used in the production line before roller presses.

The offered abrade machines are equipped with a weight filling sensor: min./max. Before drying the mass in the basket, the abrade machines are equipped with special covers attached to the sieves and with a cover attached from the top.
The raw material fed to the abrade machine should have a humidity of 15 to 30%, it should also be pre-crushed and fed continuously.
The screens are rubbed through the material and forced through the holes. The raw material, rubbed and pressed in this way, falls onto a rotary collecting plate powered by a separate electric motor. The collecting plate transfers the sawn raw material to the scraper, which collects it outside the machine to further devices located in the technological line.
This abrade machine has a modern design characterized by a drive from the top, two wiping surfaces, i.e. on the circumference and on the bottom, which guarantees much higher efficiency. All the sawn material is collected by the collecting plate driven directly from the main shaft. It has a modern structure with the main shaft supported in two bearings.
