TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

General design

This cone crusher is a fully automated crusher with a hydraulically raised/lowered main shaft. Equipped with a hydraulic and lubrication unit and an automatic control system which maintains the setting of the slot regardless of the wear of crushing cones, opens the slot, secures the crusher against damage arising, for instance, from metal in the feed, and closes the slot, causing it to return to the previous value. The central lubrication system with constant automatic regulation of optimal parameters ensures smooth functioning of the crusher's bearing, high durability of the kinematic system's components, effortless operation and, consequently, relatively low running cost. The crusher is characterized by state-of-the-art design which follows latest trends in the development of similar machines around the world. The crusher's design contains the most durable mineral-derived materials
occurring naturally in the environment, such as: granite, basalt, diabase etc.
