We manufacture mobile equipment based on the client’s individual technological and operational needs. The equipment is designed for crushing minerals of high and medium hardness (e.g. pebbles), as well as recycling waste in building and road construction. For use on sites with small-sized storage areas for waste such as concrete and brick debris, where using large, heavy tracked crushers would be uneconomic. Designed to serve as uncomplicated, compact machines with various efficiency parameters, our products are characterized by low running costs and, thanks to their relatively low purchase price, constitute a profitable investment with short payback period. Due to their universality, the machines are especially suited for use at segregated household waste collection points (PSZOK) where waste in the form of concrete and brick debris is problematic because of the high costs of loading and transporting it to regional departments of municipal waste management.
Depending on the type and dimensions of installed rolls and the power of the drive, roll crushers are used to crush minerals and brittle materials with medium to low hardness, such as: lime, plaster, chalk, sulphur ore, burned lime, salt, brick, hard coal, brown coal etc. They are also used to crush hard minerals and materials after grinding, e.g. basalt, granite, iron ore, steel mill products etc. Crushing takes place between two rolls rotating in opposite directions. Depending on the type of crushed material, the rolls can be: smooth or toothed.
These machines are primarily designed to grind and homogenize the clay, remove its anisotropic structure, buffer and dose it. They are used mainly in the ceramics industry and wherever plastic materials need to be homogenized. New functions of these machines include mixing and combining waste materials with aggregates. Our screen feeders come in two sizes: with 1.2 m and 1.9 diameter.
