The offered set is designed for sorting materials. It is mounted on a chassis - a semi-trailer. For the movement, for example, a wheel loader can be used. All devices installed in the offered set are powered by electric motors.
The material intended for sorting is fed through a feed grate with a 200 mm slot to the charging hopper located above the selection belt feeder. The conveyor belt transports the material to the screen. The material is spread on the sifter into individual fractions. The obtained material with individual granulation is transported outside the set by belt conveyors. In order to reduce the overall dimensions of the set, the material receiving conveyors are folded during transport. A hydraulic system is used for this purpose. The entire system is controlled from the control cabinet.
The set consists of the following devices:
- charging grate - raised and lowered by a hydraulic system,
- charging hopper with a capacity of V = 8 m3,
- belt conveyor feeding the material to the screen: B = 650 mm, L = 9 m,
- belt conveyor collecting undersize from the screen: B = 1000 mm, L = 8 m,
- side belt conveyor collecting the product from the screen: B = 650 mm, L = 9.5 m,
- side belt conveyor collecting oversize from the screen: B = 650 mm, L = 9.5 m,
- side conveyors equipped with additional support points,
- a double-deck screen, type 1.25 m x 4.0 m, equipped with a service platform + a ladder, a grate with grids for supporting sieve cleaning is installed under the lower screen deck, > Hydraulic system for folding and unfolding side conveyors,
- power and control cabinet with an automatic and manual control system for service purposes, where individual devices can be activated independently. In the automatic control system, after pressing one button, individual devices start automatically in accordance with the blocks used. For connecting an external power supply, the cabinet is equipped with a five-pin socket for 3x400V, 50 Hz and 63A current,
- supporting structure on one side mounted on 2 axles with wheels - rigid axles and equipped with a half of a mechanical quick coupler on the other side,
- supports (6 pcs) equipped with gears with manual drive, > Parking brake
- lighting with sound signaling,
- Efficiency - depending on the screened material and the use of sieves.

Safety devices:
On the belt conveyors - in the areas of possible service contacts, rope safety switches are installed. The main safety switch on the power supply cabinet and three local switches enable the entire machine to be stopped immediately. All rotating parts and spring-type movable connections are protected by covers to dampen vibrations. Each start of the machine is signaled by a siren for a period of 10 seconds. and a light signal with a warning color.
