The 1000x1000 type roller crusher is designed to crush oversize screened grain after the raw material granulation processes. Feeding the raw material to the crusher and collecting it can be carried out by conveyors or chutes. The feed should be free of metallic inclusions. It is recommended to install a magnetic separator at the material inlet to the crusher.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
General description of the structure:
The basic elements of the crusher are the body, fixed and sliding rollers and the roll housing. The shafts are mounted on spherical roller bearings in housings and secured with a toothed washer, a bearing nut, covers, labyrinth rings and a pressure washer. The bearing housings are set on the slides of the lover guides and are secured from the top with the slides of the upper guides. The lower guides are connected with the upper guides with the body supports I and II and with the body connector. The shafts are driven by two geared motors which rotate the shafts with rollers in the opposite direction. Rollers with shafts and geared motors are protected against rotation by reaction arms and against overload by a hydraulic system with actuators.
A description of the action:
The raw material passes between the rollers through the casing inlet. The crusher has the ability to adjust the gap between the rollers in the range of 10-30 mm by a bumper and actuators. To adjust the gap, the bearing holders of the sliding roller must be moved. This can be done by means of actuators and a bumper. The housings may slide in the body slides. After determining the correct gap, set the bumper. During crushing, temporary overloads my occur due to materials much harder than the crushed raw material getting between the crusher rolls. For this purpose, hydraulic cylinders were used.
The hydraulic system in the 1000x1000 crusher is designed to regulate the gap between the rollers and to protect the crushing rollers from damage due to excessively hard material entering the machine.
