Type 700x600 impact crusher
Purpose of the crusher:
The type 700x600 rotary impact crusher is designed for crushing rock minerals with medium hardness such as:
limestone, dolomite etc. Application to other materials should be consulted with the crusher's manufacturer.
Multiple adjustment options enables the user – depending on the type of feed – to adjust the crusher's
operational parameters in order to achieve best efficiency.
The only design and technological limitations are: the maximal grain size of the feed and its moisture which cannot
exceed 8%.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
General design:
The crusher includes the following main units:
- body
- rotor
- upper and lower pendulum
- drive
Crusher's body - it is fully welded and composed of two parts: the top and bottom parts which are connected with screws. The body's internal surfaces, which are significantly exposed to crushed material, are shielded with replaceable abrasion resistant liners. Rotor - composed of shields mounted on the shaft, to which beater strips are attached. Pendulum - upper and lower pendulum located in the crushing chamber.
Crusher's drive - propulsion is generated by the driving motor via belt and pulley transmission.
Description of operation:
The torque from the electric motor is transmitted via belt and pulley transmission to v-pulleys mounted on the rotor's shaft, causing the rotor to rotate. The material is
transferred to the crusher's feed hopper using a conveyor. The material falls from the hopper onto the rotating rotor and is initially crushed by beater strips in the crushing chamber as a result of impact with the armoured plates. The crushed material falls onto the discharge conveyor.
